Welcome to the Experience More Access site presented by the TRU Career and Experiential Learning (CEL) Department. Here, you will find essential workplace accessibility training and resources for students, employers, and faculty. The CEL department believes in equitable access to employment opportunities and recognizes the importance of supporting the career development of TRU’s diverse student population. We aim to provide inclusive supports knowing that students with intersecting marginalized identities (e.g. Women, LGBTQ2S+, Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) can experience even more complex barriers to employment opportunities. You will also find relevant articles and updates related to workplace equity on our blog page.
